My name is Jon Edwards and I am founder of Affordable Lawn Maintenance. After Graduating from Appalachian State I knew my life would never drive me far from the mountains. Previously a horticulture major I ended up earning a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Criminology/Social Control and a minor in Psychology. After pursuing a career with my degrees I knew over a span of three years it wasn't my calling. While soul searching I found my passion which is Landscaping! I feel what sets my company apart from others is our hands on management approach,  ability to listen to our customers needs, and the fact I get up every morning loving the career path I am on. Although landscaping consumes many of my days, I do participate in down time activities like fishing, whitewater kayaking, hiking, and spending time with my family doing just about anything.
